RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely delighted with your unique handcrafted piece. Here is a quick overview of our policy:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and initiate a return for eligible, unused items.
- Condition & Exemptions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original tags. For health and safety reasons, any clay kitchenware or serving items that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We charge zero restocking fees for eligible returns).
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence to support@casatalaveraimports.com for an immediate refund or replacement.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns. If it's our error or the item arrives damaged, we cover the shipping costs.

Product Description
Warm rust body with sharp black handles - the boldest pairing in the silhouette. Two black handle pairs, both attached with silver-tone buckles. Black piping along the handle edges sharpens the contrast. Front slip pocket sits centred on the rust panel. Inside: one main zip compartment. Slings on the shoulder for the office walk.
Rust and black is the colour story you choose when you want the bag to be seen. The warm rust body keeps a clean line; the black handles cut through it.
