• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and initiate a return for eligible, unused items.
• Condition & Exemptions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original tags. For health and safety reasons, any clay kitchenware or serving items that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
• Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We charge zero restocking fees for eligible returns).
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence to support@casatalaveraimports.com for an immediate refund or replacement.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns. If it's our error or the item arrives damaged, we cover the shipping costs.
