Casa Talavera Imports specializes in authentic, hand-painted Mexican pottery and decor.

  • Handmade Characteristics: Because our items are individually handcrafted by artisans, minor variations in color, size, pattern, and shape are to be expected and celebrated as part of the unique character of authentic Talavera pottery.

  • Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time. We accept standard payment methods as presented at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

By making a purchase, you agree to our shipping terms:

  • Order Cut-Off: 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

  • Processing & Handling: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rates: A flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies to all orders under $50.00. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50.00.

5. Returns and Refunds

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-Day Return Window with no hidden fees.
